Origin of our Sun flower seeds
Our Sunflower seeds come from pesticide free fields of North India. Unlike other sellers we do not import our sunflower seeds and are one of the few sellers for domestic seeds.
Sunflower seeds are rich in minerals, vitamins. They provide a healthy source of essential fatty acids in the form of linoleic acid. Additionally, sunflower seeds are also an excellent source of fiber, amino acids (especially tryptophan) which make up the building blocks of proteins, B Vitamins, phytosterols, and more.
