ROLLED OATS (GLUTEN-FREE)
Whole Oats are steamed to make them soft and pliable which are further rolled to flatten and achieve specific thickness. The product thus obtained are called Rolled Oats. These are flaky and soft so they absorb more liquid and cook faster (2-5 minutes)

Our Oats come from pesticide free farms of Srilanka. These Oats are further washed, hulled, dried and further processed under desired temperature and pressure.
Oats are excellent source of proteins, fats, vitamins, fibres, antioxidants and various essential minerals.

HOW TO SERVE?
Boil a cup of milk in a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt. Put half cup Oats and reduce heat to medium; cook for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add honey/ sugar as per taste. Toss nuts or fruits to enhance the taste.
