Health Benefits and Uses of Jatamansi powder.
1. Promotes Hair Growth: Put 1-2 spoon of Jatamansi powder in a coconut oil. Keep them in bottle for 40-50 days; After key ingredients of Jatamansi gets solubilised in the oil; it will yield the best results.
2. Blood pressure and Memory: Jatamansi has potential to reduce blood pressure. Similarly, it can also improve the memory. Take a pinch of the root powder in a cup of warm water twice a day for better effects.
3. Cough: Take one spoon of Jatamansi Powder and 2.5 spoon of Jaggery. Mix them well. Consume one spoon a day for better results.
4. Menopausal Symptoms: Take 2- 3 mg of the dried root powder daily with warm water to reduce menopausal symptoms.
